Heading into college, I felt like I was already slowing down. I was gaining weight, too tired to get out of bed, feeling pain in my joints, and mentally and emotionally depleted.
I took to personal research to find out why. I found the world of biohacking, self-experimentation, performance science at USC, and the Human Potential Institute. I've come a long way since then: I've reconnected with God, regained my energy, recovered confidence, and started coaching others towards their self-improvement goals.
